International Orders

Customs Duty & VAT

When goods are delivered to a different country or territory, there are import charges called customs duty. This is charged by the local customs authority in your country and must be paid by you. Taxes will also apply at your national rate for deliveries to your country.

As the importer, you are responsible for the customs duty and local taxes in order to release your order from customs on arrival. Unfortunately we cannot advise what amount this will be because it will differ between countries, products and order size.

We recommend visiting your local customs office website for more info before placing an international order.

Do I need to pay Customs Duty or Tax?

If the total value of your items ordered exceeds the import allowance for your country, you will need to pay customs duty.

What if I don't pay the Customs Duty?

If you refuse to pay the import charges and the parcel is sent back to us, a refund will be issued minus any returning and restocking charges. There is a chance that the parcel will be destroyed by the courier at the border. In this instance, you will not be eligible for a refund.
