Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries@cipia-liftingclub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We DO NOT accept returns on items that haven't been handled with care. Please read the care instructions on our product pages to find out how to get the most out of our products and allow them to survive a longer life.

We recommend taking extra care with any [delicate] items which will be noted in the product description. These items have highly detailed printed graphics which are more prone to wear & tear if handled incorrectly. 


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer returns for buyer's remorse.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if you are entitled to an exchange or refund. Please allow for some time for the claim to be investigated and settled.

If there are returning and handling fees applied by the courier, this will be deducted from your refund amount. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

In the case of an undelivered item, due to an increase in fraudulent claims we do not offer refunds on orders where our tracking service shows delivered.

 

NB - CIPIA LTD are not responsible for and are not liable for, any items lost on return.  All carrier choice is at your own risk, we can not take responsibility for loss or damage caused by independent carriers.
